Hello Local Websites collects the information you choose to share through the contact form: your name, email, optional phone number, business name, website, selected service, and message.
How your information is used
Your inquiry is stored in a private inbox so Andrew can review it, respond, and discuss your project. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Your personal information is not sold.
Storage and service providers
The website uses Vercel for hosting and uploaded website images, and Neon for storing website content and inquiries. Resend processes contact details and inquiry messages to email a new-inquiry notification to the site owner. These providers process information to operate the website. Website images are public; contact inquiries and administration access are private. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive documents in the contact form.
Free website checks
We keep the website address, check results, and basic visit details to improve the tool and our services. If you contact us, we may link your request to your check. The website address is shared with Google PageSpeed Insights for speed testing. Please enter only public website addresses.
Where an inquiry starts
When you choose to contact Andrew, we record the public page and contact button you used, such as a portfolio invitation or website check results. This information is included with your inquiry and notification email. A temporary browser-session record carries that source to the contact form. Analytics also measures invitation views, dismissals, contact clicks, and confirmed inquiries without including your contact details, message, or submitted website address. Phone and email link clicks do not tell us whether a conversation took place.
Cookies and security
We also measure website use in our private dashboard, including pages viewed, time spent actively browsing, contact form steps and errors, invitation dismissals, and website check completion. Random browser and session identifiers help distinguish repeat visits from repeated clicks. We record the public landing page, referral category, campaign labels, and general device category. When you send an inquiry, these details may be linked to it so we can understand which parts of the website help customers find us. We do not collect what you type into a form as a website analytics event.
Google Analytics runs automatically on our public website and portfolio pages. It uses cookies to measure page visits, referral sources and campaign labels, general device and location information, phone or email link clicks, and completed inquiries. We do not send contact form details to Google Analytics. Analytics cookies expire after six months unless renewed by a later visit. The same Analytics property measures this website and our portfolio collection on this domain. Portfolio form interactions are not recorded as completed business inquiries.
Advertising measurement and personalization are enabled by default to help connect Google ad visits with completed inquiries. This can use advertising cookies and share measurement data and advertising signals with Google to measure and personalize ads. This website does not change these defaults in response to Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals. Browser settings and blocking tools may independently limit collection. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and inquiry messages are not sent to Google Analytics or Google Ads by the contact form.
A secure session cookie is used when the site administrator logs in. Hosting services may process technical request information for operation and security. A hashed network identifier is temporarily used to limit spam and repeated sign-in attempts.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have submitted through the contact page. Inquiry information is kept for responding to your request and managing any resulting business relationship, and can be deleted when no longer needed.
