Reserving your rentals
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your rentals. The remaining balance is due one week before the event. Sending a quote request does not confirm a reservation.
Rental period & pricing
Listed prices cover a one-day rental. Longer rentals require an agreed rate. Prices can change. Final quantities, availability, delivery and charges are confirmed by the team.
Delivery & pickup
Delivery fees depend on the order size and location. Pickup and returns: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM.
Returning your rentals
Rinse tableware and repack it in its original containers. Return linens dry, and have tables and chairs folded and stacked. Extra charges may apply if items are not returned in this condition.
Care & responsibility
Customers are responsible for the rentals until they are returned. Missing or damaged items may incur additional fees.
Optional damage waiver
An optional 10% damage waiver is available. Covers incidental breakage and shortages, but excludes theft, loss, major shortages, ruined tablecloths, cleaning charges and negligence.
